The Founders

Building a creative home for filmmakers.
A blurry photograph of two people sitting together on an orange velvet couch in front of a white wall. One person is wearing light-colored clothes and has a hood over their head. The other person wears a black jacket and jeans and has dark hair. A large round metal-framed mirror is on the wall behind them. The photo is a close-up and has a shallow depth of field. The floor is light-colored wood.

We’re Sebastian F. Taylor and Destiny Joelle  —

a husband-and-wife director-actor duo who know the indie filmmaker grind firsthand. That's why we're building          : a filmmaker-focused creative hub where storytellers can write, tape, rehearse, meet, edit, screen, and thrive.

Right now,       lives through in-person events: workshops, screenings, conversations, and gatherings designed to support filmmakers at every stage.  We believe in asking real counterparts real questions — in the same room.

What We're Building

The creative home we always wish existed.

is a filmmaker-run creative space designed to support storytellers. We’re building toward a permanent home in Los Angeles — a place to create, collaborate, and share work together — grounded in real experience, real people, and real connection.

A wide, blurry shot of a spacious, industrial-style loft or office space. The room features exposed wooden ceiling beams, brick walls, and large windows that let in bright natural light. Various pieces of modern furniture, including chairs and tables, are scattered throughout the open floor plan, and some indoor plants are visible. The floor has a polished, reflective surface.
A minimalist, bright studio or office setup with white walls and a light-colored floor. In the foreground, there is a wooden desk with a computer monitor and a small stool. Behind the desk, two large black professional studio lights on stands are positioned against the wall. The ceiling features an industrial-style grid of white pipes and light fixtures. The overall aesthetic is clean, modern, and professional.
A tall, floor-to-ceiling wooden shelving unit filled with various pieces of black equipment, likely camera lenses or professional gear. The shelves are illuminated with warm, built-in strip lighting that creates a glow around each item. The perspective is from a low angle looking up, emphasizing the organized, high-end display of the collection.
A dark, high-angle shot from behind an editor working at a professional video editing suite. The workspace is filled with multiple glowing monitors displaying complex timelines, video clips, and color grading interfaces. A large reference screen is positioned above the main monitors, showing a high-definition cinematic scene. The editor is silhouetted against the bright screens, emphasizing a focused, professional post-production environment.
A high-angle, low-resolution shot of a movie theater or auditorium. Rows of plush red velvet seats are visible, some illuminated by a soft overhead glow while others are shrouded in shadow. A small white object, possibly a person or a piece of paper, is visible in the lower center of the frame, creating a focal point against the dark background.
